MEET MONICA
The woman behind the laser.
Monica started the Lab after discovering laser for herself and thinking: there has to be a better answer than waxing, shaving and constantly starting again.
Today she is a Level 4 qualified laser technician, a mum of two and an expert at making a treatment room feel like the least awkward place on earth. Expect straight answers, a good chat and a plan made for you—not the person on the poster.

Do I need a consultation first?
→Yes. A consultation and patch test are required before laser treatment begins. It is where questions, goals and suitability are properly covered.
What if I feel awkward?
→You will not be the first person to feel that way—and you will not be judged. Privacy, comfort and real conversation are part of the service.
How many sessions will I need?
→It varies by treatment area, hair cycle and your individual response. Monica will set realistic expectations during your consultation.
